So, a little thought from me, I took the sleeves and made a copy of each. Attached them to my lower legs and shrunk them by 75% via a resizer to make the little sock tops match.
Also shrunk the skirt prims 20% and raised it up to kind of hide the breast shading.
Tada! An adult outfit for a kid now.

What I was trying to say is that: My av is mostly a freebie av. The shape I made myself tweaking out a freebie shape, I don't remember where I got it but I will hunt it down and share it with you.
